Agency ✩ MSLLead the development of the social identity strategy. Created a brand playbook that includes a defined social identity with persona, tone of voice, brand mission on social, content pillars, platform strategy, and execution plan.
Tide’s mission on organic social is to build community through entertainment and education. Connect with a broad audience to reinforce Tide as a trusted leader in laundry care. Establish Tide as a relevant brand in culture to drive brand love, build community, and increase consideration amongst Gen Z and Millennial consumers.
Posting kicked off in December 2024 when the strategy was finalized. My role included: concepting, filming, editing, managing the content calendar, and posting on TikTok & Instagram for Tide. ツ Here are a few of my first posts after the strategy was finalized:
