General Electric hosted industry leaders, entrepreneurs, and athletes, at the ‘Lean Mindset’ Event in NYC. The goal of the event was to educate the audience about Lean Leadership. With a diverse lineup of speakers, including retired football star Peyton Manning, current NBA star Giannis Antetokounmpo, chef and restauranteur Wolfgang Puck, Ford CEO Jim Farley, and Uber CEO Dara Khosrowshahi, the event offered insights and wisdom. The event celebrated the transformation and milestones that GE had accomplished by embracing the Lean Philosophy, under the leadership of Chairman & CEO of GE, Larry Culp.
